Just Treats -- Downtown activities: Halloween parade will start at 5:30pm (from the plaza at 12th & Main) headed to the Veterans Building (9th & Main). The kids will then stop by merchants for candy and make their way back to the plaza where the costume judgng starts at 7pm (after free hot dogs and hot coco).
