Dylan Dyer (center) finished
5th individually at the Cross Country 5A Regionals Saurday at ORU. That will
quality Dylan for State. I'm not sure of the cutoff for other boys individual
qualifiers? (see Sunday update)-- Ted
The CHS girls team will be
State bound with their 6th place regional finish just above the cutoff.
The
CHS boys team 8th place regional finish was one team past the cutoff for State.
Ellen
Thomas (center in blue) was the top Lady Card finisher in 19th place. (The red

From the OSSAA
rules: "In 4A, 5A & 6A the top seven (7) teams and the top seven
(7) individuals not on a qualifying team from each regional will qualify for
state."
Based on my unofficial
calculation, Dylan Dyer and David Stellfox are among those top 7 qualifier individuals.
Zach Sellers appears to be #8?. -- Ted
