Collinsville's (1st year) cross country track team had enough fingers on one hand to show their 5th place finish in the 4A State Meet held Saturday Oct. 27th at Edmond. According to Coach Arlin Stacy: "The girls were very excited. We beat teams that were highly ranked and had better times than us all season. To go from sixth in our region to fifth in the STATE was quite an accomplishment. The girls all peaked at the right time. Each one ran for a personal record. You could tell their hearts were really in it. They stepped up when it mattered most. I was extremely proud of them! It was a great ending to a special inaugural season."

INDIVIDUALS: 26th Alex Atkinson 13:08, 31st Jenny Dyer 13:14, 33rd Myranda Murphy 13:17, 38th Jessica Dyer 13:21, 47th Kelsey Holeman 13.28, and 105th Jenny Henley 16:35.
