Joining Steve Tinker at his city retirement reception were (L-R) his brother Mike Tinker (former Collinsville city manager), his wife Mary, (Steve), and his brother Ed Tinker (former Drumright city manager). Current city employees and friends also honored Steve at the occasion Wednesday.
