| The two most interested bystanders Monday at the demolition of the building on the north west corner at 11th and Broadway were neighbors, Nazarene Church Pastor Tim Odom (left) and Darren Hyatt (right). The Collinsville Church of the Nazarene now owns the lot and plans to expand their facilities east in that direction. Darren Hyatt had operated Hyatt Appliances out of that building since August 1980 and said it was bitter sweet to see a building torn down after spending so much time there. Hyatt's new building is completed east of 10th and Broadway. | ||||
