Kaylee Sykes was recently selected as a winner in the Tulsa Health Department's "My Healthy Teeth" poster contest. This contest was open to all 4th grade students in Tulsa County and they selected 13 posters to be in the 2008 "My Healthy Teeth" calendar. Her poster will be featured on the November page of the calendar. Kaylee is a 4th grader at Herald Elementary. -- (Submitted by Kelly Overholt 4-11-2007)

IRS tax filing deadline: April 17th, 2007
The Exclusively Thomas walk-in toy store on Main Street in Collinsville closed April 7th, 2007 but will continue with sales via their web site: www.exclusivelythomas.com. You may also call Karen Hutchinson at 918-857-3493 to make an appointment to visit the store for some closeout specials through the end of April.

The steel at the 1st Pentecostal Church at 12th and Oak appears to be for a covered driveway entry to the church. (Previous Coverage)
The Nazarene Church at 12th & Broadway has been upgrading their 1954 vintage windows this week. The 2002 photo below shows the older windows. The bottom photo (from 1947 or 1948) shows the Nazarene Church before the current building was constructed in 1954.
Mariah McElroy (along by Cassie Sallee) had her new puppy at the CHS baseball game Monday.
