6. Discussion and Vote to Approve Collinsville Public Schools Telephone,
Internet and Wan Services for Fiscal Year 2019-2020.

7. Discussion and Vote to Approve Temporary Appropriations for the
Fiscal Year 2019-2020 -- Approved
8. The Board of Education to consider adoption of a resolution approving
and affirming an Lease/Purchase Agreement and authorizing the execution
of same; Acknowledging assignment of Lessors interest in Lease/Purchase
Agreement; Designating lease transaction as a qualified tax-exempt
obligation; and authorizing School District officials to execute any
and all necessary documents in connection with the aforementioned
transactions. -- Approved, for 40 acres of land,
appraisal then survey.
9. Proposed Executive Session to Discuss Hiring of Career Certified
Teachers (as attached),Director of Child Nutrition and Director of
Student Activities. for the 2019-2020School Year. Pursuant to 25-OS
ss 307(B)(1) of the Open Meeting Law.

whole grain ruling change, but not calories or sodium (so white flour
OK again)
18. Superintendent's Report -- Lance West report:
* Financials OK
* Potential legislation looks more promising than past few years
* Bonds look good & Construction going well
* Furniture and asphalt for CUE (new road after May)
* School make-up days -- 4 built-in -- used two but still enough hours
banked to be out April 26 and May 3rd (otherwise would have needed
many subs with sports regionals, etc)
* Rebranding -- Julie Crutchfield and Kelly Hamlin now executive directors
* Posting for new position - assistant principal for CUE
* Still working on visitor's stands at Sallee Field (replacing wood
flooring with metal, using school staff over months to save cost)
* MS Chill Tower removed
* Four-Plex temp building at Washington removed
19. Announcements -- Ron Evans passed away
-- left his mark on city & school
20. New Business -- Board will tour construction
sites before April 26th special session
