Park Trail Lighting Progress
The Collinsville City Park is pretty bright at night when the softball/baseball field lights are on (as in the photo above) but hopefully very soon the trail on the east side of the park will be well lit even with the field lights off. The initial trail was completed in early 2013 and the lighting equipment received and stored since mid-2013. The lighting installation and wiring has finally worked it's way up the city's project priority list. The poles were set recently and it appears wiring is still in progress.
