Sorry, I have no photos for the 8th graders as I transitioned from the hot middle school gym to the new air conditioned Upper Elementary (CUE) gym after the first 7th grade game. The two high school gyms are still undergoing rennovations/construction. -- Ted Wright

The 7th grade girls were down 0-6 before even getting a ball returned over the net in their first game but rallied to win 28-26 over Berryhill.
I missed the first 9th grade game but saw them win their second 25-9.

The Collinsville volleyball team lost to Sand Springs last night in 4 games: 25-21, 22-25, 20-25, 21-25 -- Toni Slagle 8/21/2015
Last night our High School Volleyball team beat Cascia Hall in 5 sets. It was because our girls came together and played great as a team. I also want to thank our student section!!! You guys were awesome and it is great to see school spirit coming back to CHS. You guys made a huge impact on us getting that win. The Athletic Dept will be selling All Sport Passes to students in grades 7-12 on Thursday at Meet the Cardinal and Friday at the home scrimmage. Cost is $50. The pass will admit them to all JH and HS Sporting events during the 2015-16 school year. -- Jim Riley 8/19/2015

The first home volleyball matches will be today at 5pm (HS at CUE & JrHi at MS) ... so I will likely miss the Monday city meeting. They play here again Tues but that will overlap the first home softball game. -- Ted 8/17/2015

Home Games Changed to 5pm with HS at Upper Elementary Gym
(& JrHi at Middle School)
Collinsville is Offering All Sport Pass to MS and HS Students --
Starting in August 2015, Collinsville MS and HS students will be able to purchase an All Sports Pass. The pass will allow them to get into any Collinsville Public School sporting event. The cost of the Pass will be $50. Students will be issued a photo ID card that must be presented at the gate for admission to an event. School reps will be at the MS and HS at lunch on the first few weeks of school for sign up. These passes will only be good for regular season home sporting events. They will not be valid for away or playoff games. Students will be given information on the first day of school and sales will begin at the schools during lunch on Aug 17th. -- Jim Riley 8/12/2015
