While the major portion of the high school project is delayed by a rebid process ... a smaller project to move two existing metal buildings out of the construction zone (behind the old gym) is nearing completion. The two building were relocated and combined just east of the track.

(Kyle) Smalygo Properties removed several old houses just south of Jalapeno Grill (2 months ago near 8th & Center) for potential new development.
Back in April, Smalygo Properties also was well into a project with a multi-housing unit just south of the Subway Sandwish Shop near 7th & Center.
