2013-2014 CHS Wrestling Royalty (L-R): Freshman (Rhianna Hawkins & Ryce Haymaker), Seniors (Taylor Townsend & Will Steltzlen), Crown Bearer (Preston Willis), Queen (Sydney Smith), King (Gary Wayne Harding), Flower Girl (Sophie Harding), Sophomores (Roc Robbins & Chelsey Barton), and Juniors (McKenzie Loffer & Christian Moody).
There was a niced sized Cardinal Wrestling crowd Monday Jan. 6th for the JrHi and CHS matches and Homecoming Cornation. More than might have been expected on the coldest days in many years and with no school since Dec. 19th. Monday Jan 6th was to be the first day back from winter break but school was called off due to the extreme temperature (-2 degrees was the official Tulsa low) in addition to icy roads. School has also been called off for Tuesday Jan. 7th. The next and only remaining home wrestling dual (& senior night) is scheduled for Jan. 28th against Sand Springs. -- Ted Wright
