Fire House Repairs
Contractors were replacing the charred siding and insulation on the west side of the Collinsville City Fire/EMS building Friday April 8th. The repairs were required following a March 6th fire caused by local firemen's "lapse in judgement" according to an official city press release.
Outdoor Seating
Picnic tables have been added for outdoor dining at Philly's Cheesesteak Co. just north of 11th & Main. A platform has been added, taking a portion of the parking spots there.
ECC Enrollment For 4 Year Olds
Collinsville Public Schools has openings in their 4-year old program for the 2011-2012 school year. The child must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2011, and reside in the Collinsville School District or apply for a transfer. Your child does not need to be present at enrollment. You will need to bring the following with you in order to enroll your child
Copy of Birth Certificate
Copy of Current Immunizations
Proof of Residence within Collinsville District
Copy of Indian Card (if applicable)
Copy of Medicaid Card (if applicable)
List of Names and Phone Numbers of those who have permission to pick up your child
Enrollment is conducted on a first-come, first serve basis. The Early Childhood Center is located at 12936 North 129th E. Ave.

Enrollment Dates:
Wednesday, April 20 & Thursday, April 21
9:00 to 11:00 a.m. & 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
