Sponsor Clarification |
Ted, We are in the process of trying to invite local businesses to sponsor events at the inaugural HS track meet this year. There seems to be some misunderstandings and I seem to have done a poor job of making the idea clear. Could you please place on your site that we are asking for a $100 donation per event of the meet. Each event will be at a charge of $100 and sponsors can elect to sponsor one or more events at that $100 per event fee. We are NOT asking for anyone to sponsor every event. It is per event sponsorship. I apologize for any misunderstandings in the letter I presented to local merchants. I am not even sure if this helps, but there seemed to be some confusion out there that I want to try to clear up. Thank you very much, Kelly Anderson Collinsville Track (Feb. 4, 2010) |
