Tulsa County Crews Have Started City Street Overlays
Tulsa County crews and equipment arrived in Collinsville last week to start the long awaited street overlay improvements but were called off for a bridge repair emergency. (Sept. 2009 Map of Planned Overlays). The improvements are funded by the additional city sales tax approved in April 2009.
