Signs of progress. Starting Saturday March 1, 2008 there were painted marks on the old sidewalks as the first visible changes for the two block streetscape project. Monday March 3rd worker were placing signs on adjoining roadways to warn traffic of the impending construction zone and workers in the downtown area. (Previous Coverage) |
