Hi Ted,
Wanted to give you an update about schedule change for Jennifay (Nichols).
She is scheduled to open the Shriner's Circus singing the National Anthem March 1st.& 2nd.@ 2:30. She will also be autographing Miss Collinsville's Outstanding Teen Crown Pictures before & after the Circus.

CHS Prom Prep
The annual variety show sponsored by the Junior Class will be Thursday Feb 28th beginning at 9:20 am. Proceeds benefit the Junior/Senior Prom.
The Easter Bunny will visit Wilson Elem. Thursday March 6th and ECC, on Friday March 7th beginning at 9:00 am for pictures. Pictures are $2.00 each. Parents may purchase more than one copy. Pictures will be printed on Easter photo greeting cards and will be delivered to the students the week of March 10th. Proceeds benefit the Junior/Senior Prom.
Real Life Lessons
Carolyn Smith & Steven Barnes (of Collinsville's Bank of the Lakes) presented banking information Tuesday morning to students in Mrs. McNeals' business class at the Middle School. They covered topics ranging from the in-outs of checking accounts to loans and credit cards.
Pat Herald & Terry Due presented information on the March 4th Bond election to a combined meeting of the ECC-Wilson-Herald Parent-Teachers Organizations (PTO) Tuesday Feb. 26th. (Previous Coverage)

March 1st: Round two of the city-wide volunteer brush collection from curbsides (from the Dec. 2007 ice storm). Meet at the HS 7am Saturday.
March 3rd (2008) : The long awaited Main Street Beautification project may actually begin with city workers starting electrical work (Monday) and sidewalk cuts (Tuesday).
March 15: Chili and Bean Dinner and Dessert Auction 6-9pm at Wilson Elementary. Auction begins at 8pm.
