Though he is not listed above (from information on the church's 90th anniversary program in 1989): I am sure Rev. David N. Burton played a role in the first Collinsville church ... per several old new articles ... especially April 27, 1916: which say he was one of Collinsville's first citizens ... helped organize "the first union Sunday school in Collinsville, in 1900." He also performed the first wedding and burial in Collinsville per stories I've read in the old newspapers. -- Ted Wright March 2001
