5. Presentation by Brewer Construction -- CUE grass fire lanes cover construction pavement); Band, and VoAg (walk-in freezer)

6. Building Site Reports
* Hunt (Herald) -- great start, less personal stress for her this year, 1 less grade, motor lab enhances learning, major space for STEM, reading assessment, Okla. Weslyan student in-house
* Stacy (CUE) -- New classroom wing done, 3 grades now (3rd-4th-5th) ~225 students, new procedures, drop-off & pick-up has gone well,Mark Hodges (school security) has been big help, snake today in classroom, 700 PTO t-shirts sold, theatre class, mad science, math curriculum.
* Bilyeu (6th) -- 6th grade going well, 20 kids new to district - Cross counseling, band up 25% (84 total), 30 in chorus, Cherokee Language class started today, recovered from small fire in alt ed area, kids are committed (Mrs. Bowman)
* Lang (MS) -- Good start, drug dog found nothing, Indian Ed, GT, Cherokee Language, JrHi football last week
* Kiker (HS) -- Good start, lost Spanish teacher late - work around in place, learning more about new VR lab daily, parking and traffic improved, ODOT closed exit with little notice - unclear when entry will be closed, no sidewalk (just mud) available with construction between nursing home and HS - talking with ODOT about options, fire & police drills, new radios match city + Boggs/Hodges, news news viseo by students weekly, Sept. 20 Chan 8 6am pep assembly, Sept. 26 parade, have asked ODOT about stop light for HS on Highway 20, 7 minutes to clear HS parking lot with human stopping traffic.

* Boomer (ECC) -- Car line has been great, new testing, reading tests soon


7. Approval of Booster Club/PTO Sanctioning Applications for FY2020 -- Approved
8. Discussion and Possible Action on the Lease Purchase of Land.
-- Approved, 40 acres to the north of town, wanted west but too expensive, this property meet objectives of: close to town, 2 exits, utilities available. 4.5% lease purchase with ~$70K payments yearly from building fund. --
(Also InsideCollinsville coverage) -- will be utilized for future growth
9. Discussion and Vote to Approve FY2020 Estimate of Needs and Financial Statements. -- Approved
10. Discussion and Vote to Accept Board of Education Policy Changes -- Approved, one policy change

11. Directors Report
* Michell Janah (CNP) -- Exciting start, trying to increase participation, pancake day, Angel Fund is low - Owasso Salon donated $100 - also church $250
* Chris Caseboldt (Networks Director) -- unblocking items by need
* Kim Myers (Technology) HS intercoms, ChromeBooks in, Chris was good hire (helps security) + Jeannie
* Dale Harp (Special Ed Director) -- to Jenks for spec ed funding, hearing screenings - growing task - Herald done - ECC next - will do CUE by parent request.
* Brad Cantrell (Activities) - Permacap complete for football reserved seating area, fixing up visitors pressbox, softball won NEO Tournament
* Kelly Hamlin -- professional development -- verticle alignment (multi-grade coordination)
* Julie Crutchfield -- salary schedule for certified, career tech rates given


12. Superintendent's Report -- Lance West reported on these topics:
* increased bus driver pay - got new driver
* carryover will be watched closer - not allowed over 15%
* pleased with new buildings - except vo-ag late move-in
* press box rotted (on visitors side)
* Re-did lights at football & softball fields
* will work on drive by SB field - curb and gutter in Feb.-- Terry Due sign
* signage work continues rest of year
* CUE awning for pick-up eventually
* OSSBA meet Oct. 8 at Hale
* Charlies Chicken CEF fundraiser
* student counts 2875 - up 57 from last year


13. Proposed executive session to discuss the Quarterly Evaluation of the Superintendent 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1).
14. Vote to Convene in Executive Session
