A) Approval of Minutes of the April 15, 2019 Regular City Commission Meeting.
B) Approval of Claims in the amount of $94,505.72.
C) Approval of April #2 Payroll in the amount of $52,478.41.
D) Approval of Budget Amendment #63 $2,000 Operational Grant Fire Department.

6. Discussion, consideration and possible action concerning items removed from the Consent Agenda.

7. Presentation of Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Audit by HCB CPA’s & Advisors.

8. First Reading of Ordinance Number 945.

9. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Ordinance Number 945, an ordinance amending the employee retirement system, defined contribution plan for the city manager for the City of Collinsville & Collinsville Municipal Authority, Oklahoma; providing retirement benefits for eligible employees of the City of Collinsville & Collinsville Municipal Authority, Oklahoma; pertaining to plan design; providing for employer pickup of required contributions; providing for repealer and severability; and declaring an emergency.

10. Discussion, consideration and possible action declaring Ordinance Number 945 an emergency for the purpose of preserving the public health, safety, and/or peace making it effective immediately.

11. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Annexation Policy.

12. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Street Rehabilitation Project Bid to Kal-An Asphalt, Inc. in the amount of $40,360. Streets will include: Plum from 19th to 22nd, Brook from 21st to 22nd and Prairie to just north of Plum.
