State Rep. Derrell Fincher Spoke On The 2019 Legislative Session
Oklahoma State Representative Derrell Fincher spoke to the Collinsville Chamber about his first session in the legislature representing Collinsvile and other area communities. This is Fincher first term having taken over the seat formerly held by Earl Sears.
