6. Consent Agenda (A-D)
All matters under “Consent” are considered by the City Commission to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Commissioner may, however, remove an item from consent by request. A motion to approve the Consent Agenda is non-debatable.

A) Approval of Minutes of the February 4, 2019 Regular City Commission Meeting.
B) Approval of Claims in the amount of $19,960.88.
C) Approval of February #2 Payroll in the amount of $50,905.30.
D) Approval of Cemetery Deeds: Michael Morris – one space; Linda Dixon – one space; Brett Vandiver – 2 spaces; Jerry Prater – one space and Ina Howard – 2 spaces.

7. Discussion, consideration and possible action concerning items removed from the Consent Agenda. -- n/a

8. First reading of Ordinance Number 943. -- First reading only as not all commissioners present to even consider an emergency.

9. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Ordinance Number 943, an ordinance relating to Buildings and Building Regulations, Part 2, Chapter 10, amending and revising Chapter 10, Section 10-57 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Collinsville, providing for the adoption of the 2015 edition of the International Building Code, providing for severability, repealing all ordinances in conflict herewith and declaring an emergency and effective date. -- skipped

10. Discussion, consideration and possible action declaring Ordinance Number 943 an emergency for the purpose of preserving the public health, safety and/or peace making it effective immediately. -- skipped

11. Discussion, consideration and possible action to award bid for Source Capture Vehicle Exhaust Removal System to Air Cleaning Technologies, Inc., in the amount of $54,900. -- Approved, FEMA grant will pay all but about $2K for unit that attaches to exhauts of fire department vehicles to vent fumes ouit of fire station.

12. Discussion, consideration and possible action to award bid for Type One 4X4 Configuration Ambulance to Life Star Specialty Vehicles in the amount of $121,000. -- Approved, new ambulance to replace 2006 unit. Could be ready by end of March. Budgeted item.
