CHS Football At Ponca City
Cardinals Are 3 & 0 On Young Season With 28-0 Road Win
The Collinsville Crimson Cadet Band marched pre-game at Ponca City Friday (which is great for having sunlight photos instead of stadium lights) but I will put the other band photos on this page in the traditional position to seperate the first half and second half photos. -- Ted

I think I may have only been to Ponca City maybe 2-3 times in my 67 years and never to a football game so I was quite impressed with their obviously historic stone football stadium. I would guess it to be a WPA project from the 1930s but did not find a plaque to confirm. This is now the visitor's side with a bigger more modern structure on the home side. -- Ted Wright
Found a name (Sullins Stadium) but not a year or any detail yet -- Ted 9/17/2018
The trip to/from Ponca City was interesting with wind turbines and a jack-knifed semi.
