1. Call to Order and Roll Call of Members

2. Record of Members Present and Absent -- Stout, Reed & Ostrander present

3. Discussion and Approval of Bids for the 2018 Bond Issue Buildin Projects. -- Approved, bids were $241K improved over previous bid round. $128k savings in electrical including direct purchase of lights (by Brewer Construction). Two HVAC contractors on the 4 projects (CUE, HS STEM, HS Band, & HS FFA). Many more bids with specs allowing more manufacturers.

4. Adjournment -- 12:15pm
