Norman Van Sickle Photo Exhibit
Working For That "Wow" Photo
I was so pleased when I heard the City of Collinsville planned to honor my friend and fellow photographer Norm Van Sickle with an exhibit of the photos he has taken of Collinsville in the past few years. Norm has been fighting cancer for years and appeared to be winning the battle as he resembled the Energizer Bunny at Collinsville events as he worked for the best angle for stunning photos. The momentum shifted a few months ago and Norm has been missed by the community as he has been unable to attend or photograph events. We are hoping for the best, and wishing you well, Norm. And a big thank you to Sherry Campbell for her efforts to showcase Norm's work. -- Ted Wright
ATTENTION!! Due to the inclement weather today we have decided to postpone the Photo Exhibit until TOMORROW, November 13. Still at the Veterans Building, still noon-8:00PM. See you tomorrow!!!! Please share and help us get the word out! -- City of Collinsville 11/12/2018
The exhibit had just a small sample of Norm's photos and this page has an even smaller sample of those. See Norm's web site and Facebook below for thousands (or millions?) more. -- Ted
