A) Approval of minutes of the August 6, 2018 regular City Commission meeting
B) Approval of Claims in the amount of $41,532.86.
C) Approval of August #2 Payroll in the amount of $52,445.09.
D) Approval of Resolution Number 2018-10, a resolution casting a vote for Trustee of the Oklahoma Municipal Retirement Fund to fill the expiring term of Trustee representing District 1.
E) Approval of Budget Amendment #7 $50 National Night Out donation.
F) Approval of Budget Amendment #8 $3,543.78 Work Comp reimbursement-Paul Duncan.

7. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Ordinance Number 932, an ordinance amending Ordinance Number 606, The Zoning Code of the City of Collinsville, Oklahoma, by approving CZ-207; repealing all ordinances in conflict herewith.
(626 W. Oak Street, North of West Oak Street, West of North 5th Street, Rezoning from RS-3, residential single family to RM-2 residential multi-family.)

8. First reading of Ordinance Number 934. -- First reading only as not all commissioners present for potential emergency declaration

9. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Ordinance Number 934, an ordinance relating to courts and jails, Part 2, Chapter 16, establishing and adopting Section 16-93 authorizing fees for the collection of fines, court costs and other debts; providing for severability, repealing all ordinances in conflict herewith and declaring an emergency and effective date. -- skip, due to item 8

10. Discussion, consideration and possible action declaring Ordinance Number 934 an emergency for the purpose of preserving the public health, safety and/or peace making it effective immediately. -- skip due to item 8

Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Ordinance Number 935, an ordinance relating to utilities, Part 2, Chapter 58, establishing and adopting Section 58-106 authorizing fees for the collection of utility charges and other debts; providing for severability, repealing all ordinances in conflict herewith and declaring an emergency and effective date. -- skipped due to item 11

13. Discussion, consideration and possible action declaring Ordinance Number 935 an emergency for the purpose of preserving the public health, safety and/or peace making it effective immediately. -- skipped due to item 11

14. Discussion, consideration and possible action to appoint Mark Hamilton to Planning Commission to replace Dee Sink, with term expiring December 1, 2020. -- Approved
