| After Main Street was walled off from North 12th (April 2008) the plaza has been subject to flash flooding which has reached inside the City Annex (now Chamber and Downtown Inc. offices) on several occasions. It is not obvious to me how, but I am hopefull this structure is part of the solution to that drainage problem. -- Ted Wright | |||||||||||||||
