Attached are photos of the 2017 VFW Community Thanksgiving Meal.

We would like to express much thanks to VFW Post 3077 members Laura Kistner & Helga McElhoe for preparing & serving an awesome community Thanksgiving meal.

WWII veteran Paul Andert attended & signed autographs of his book Unless You Have Been.
Paul served as advisor for the movie Fury & scenes from his story are in the movie. He is an inspirational speaker & gifts 1st hand knowledge of war, life lessons & the fight to live a full healthy life well into your nineties.

Paul drew the winning ticket for the quilt that was made by a Vietnam Veteran.
The winning ticket was sold by member Deb Lutz at the National Guard Family Day Event.
Thank you to all in the community that bought raffle tickets to support the VFW missions.

As we continue into the holiday season of Christmas, Santa will be visiting the VFW to gather Christmas wishes for children. The date & time will be forthcoming.

If you are a veteran that has served in a foreign war or a family member you may be eligible to become a member of the VFW & we need you!

Remember we all have something to give, so
if you are not eligible for membership but would like to serve thru volunteering, monetary or other donations to the VFW please contact us, again we need you. If you know of a veteran in need please let us know.

Be a part of the mission that honors those that gave some and those that gave all.
