Thursday Homecoming Parade (September 28th)
Friday Homecoming Game (September 29th)

Information and Rules Regarding the 2017 Homecoming Parade:

The Homecoming parade will be Thursday Sept 28th at 6:30 p.m. It will begin from the High School Parking lot and travel east on Main Street to 7th street. Line-up will begin at 5:00 p.m. at the HS. For those who always get to the line-up early, school will be in session that day so NO floats will be allowed in the parking lot until school is out. Vehicles will be directed on where to park as they enter the HS. When you get to the parade line-up please don't leave any float unattended until you have been told where to park. All vehicles/floats participating in the parade need to pull forward as far as they can in the line-up. There will be no specific order. It's first come, first in line, with the exception of the band and royalty who are always at the front. If you want to be next to a specific group then you need to arrive at the same time. It will NOT be possible to "save" a space for any group. Please be aware of this before you arrive. Vehicles not driving in the parade will need to park in a parking space.

Please decorate your vehicle/float and put a sign on it with the name of your organization, team or business. This is how you will be identified by the announcer. We will have a contest for the best float. Winners will receive free entry into the homecoming football game on Friday. As always, no 4-wheelers, go-carts, motorcycles, etc. will be allowed. All drivers must be adults over the age of 21. All floats must have at least one adult over the age of 21 riding on the float with the students. The driver of the float and the adults riding on the float will be responsible for making sure that everyone on the float is following the rules. Candy may be gently tossed in an underhand fashion from the floats. No one will be allowed to walk in the parade this year with the exception of the band. All participants must be riding in a vehicle or on a float. The parade is a school sponsored activity so any misbehavior could result in disciplinary actions by the school and/or local law enforcement.

Please fill out the google form to be entered in the parade. You will not be allowed to participate in the parade if the form is not filled out and submitted before 2:30 p.m. on Thursday Sept. 28th. Make sure only one entry is filled out per float. If you need to change any information after you submit this, such as, who will be driving the float, adults monitoring the float, the vehicle information etc., do NOT submit another form. Email the changes to me before 2:30 on Thursday Sept 28th: mdelozier@collinsville.k12.ok.us

The Homecoming coronation and football game will be the following evening
Friday Sept. 29 -vs- Tahlequah at Sallee Field
