Herald "Attentiveness"
1st & 2nd Graders Selected
Herald Elementary students have been learning about attentiveness throughout the month of March. We know it is very important to be attentive to learn and grow. Attentiveness means concentrating on the person or task before me. A quote we've read about attentiveness is:
"When we want to talk, we can instead LISTEN and let our ATTENTIVENESS to another's need to speak be our silent statement." by Bryant H. McGill. That one really makes us think! The first and second grade classes have chosen students who show good attentiveness:
First Grade Attentive Students --
Summer DeVore, Avery Harlin, Katelynn Foote, Timothy Burrows, Taytum Donald, Kade Lee, Aubrey Roberson, and Ellie Reeder

Second Grade Attentive Students --

(Back row) Lizzie Easley, KK Crosslin, Kennedy Laymon, Bella Overholt, Trinity Chang, Emerson Pond, K’Sarrah Vicent, Kish Miller, Zoe Hutchinson, Aleah John, Skylar Bigger, and Marisa Heaton

(Front row) Isaac Reeder, Nolan Harlan, Jarret Bristol, Johnathan Blau, Hunter Linzy, James Jackson, Gabe Paura, Tyler Gibson, and Gavin Puza
