The Collinsville Independence Day Celebration will take place on Saturday, July 2, 2016. This year's Celebration will be bigger and better than ever before. We will kick things off with an old fashioned Independence Day Parade down Main Street. Everyone is encouraged to line the streets in red, white, and blue and wave old glory as the parade floats go by. Kids can decorate their bikes and be a part of the parade as well. Float entry in the parade is FREE so get your group together and start planning your float today. After the parade we'll have fun old fashioned activities in the park for the whole family. We'll have food vendors on site and other fun and games going on. Headlining the entertainment in the evening on the Sale Barn Theatre covered stage, will be local Trett Charles and his band. After the sun goes down the one of kind fireworks show will begin. We'll have patriotic music blasting from the stage while the fireworks display is being set off. This year's Collinsville Independence Day Celebration is sure to be a great event for the whole family. The Collinsville Independence Day Celebration is made possible through a partnership with GRDA and The Sale Barn Theatre.
