CHS Softball -vs- BK
Collinsville Hosted Bishop Kelley In 2015 Home Opener
Lady Cards Won 16-0
Ashton Friend started the game pitching as the Lady Cards overwhelmed the Comets from Bishop Kelly and was able to start the ice bag early as Gail Young took over later (below).
Gail Young finished out the game pitching following Ashton Friend against Bishop Kelley. Brittany Kickapoo watches as the softball is headed for a home run in the 16-0 win here Tuesday.
This Cardinal runner might have been out at 2nd but the BK fielder missed the throw from the catcher and just had an empty glove for the tag attempt early in the game.
Rylee DeLozier crosses in front of short stop KK Bowman as she starts a double play attempt (from her third base position) with a thow to second.
I don't have roster numbers yet, but am guessing those are the Thetford twins sharing a chair as they operate the scoreboard and assist announcer Ron Evans at the scorers table.
Hi Ted, this is the Thetford twins mom. I was just on your site and had to giggle to myself. You are half right. Josie is number 3 and usually running the scoreboard. I believe Trinity Warder is #4. Jayne is usually in the dug out being the courtesy runner, but Trinity could pass as their triplet. Lol. Thank you for the pic. Have a great day. -- Kim Thetford -- (Proud mom of Lady Cardinals #3 & #26) -- 8/27/2015
