Purple out in honor of childhood cancer awareness and in memory of Coach Brian Phillips

Ravyn Murphy (#5) was pitching for the purple clad Lady Cardinals Friday as they hosted Broken Arrow Gold in the Collinsville-Owasso Tournament.

4th inning 2-Run RBI double in progress: (L-R) Makayla Bowman (#23) nearing 3rd, Batter Darci Chester (#22) stepping on 1st, the ball reaching the left field wall, and Brittany Kickapoo (#12) rounding 2nd base. This made the score 6-0 and it reached 8-0 in the same inning as I neared my car in the parking lot. -- Ted

Collinsville lost to Chandler in the 2nd Friday game (extra inning?) and I don't have results from Saturday's 2 games here (or from any Owasso games). -- Ted Wright
