2014 Youth Football
sign-ups are still open for 1st-6th grade. Go to www.sportabase.comand
follow the instructions. All players must be signed up through this
website.
The sign...-up fee
is $100 and you may pay it by credit card on the website or at time
of sign-up (preferred) or choose billing & we will collect it at
a later date. As always if you have multiple children to sign-up or
are going to seek scholarship assistance choose the billing option,
& note which category you fall into in the comment section at the
time of sign up. The sign-up deadline is June 1st. After this date a
late charge of $25 will be added.
For the first time
there will be a $70 charge for uniforms. This fee will purchase your
child’s game jersey, game pants, and one pairs of socks. Sign up
as soon as possible so yourchild doesn’t miss out on the uniform
fitting dates being scheduled in May.
Also for those that
do not already know, we have a Facebook page under Collinsville Youth
Football. We invite all of you to like the page & post comments
&/or photos. We will be using the page more this year to help keep
everyone posted of events and information.

FITTINGS
Try on last years uniform and see if it still fits. If it doesn't fit
or you're new to the sport and needing a uniform for the upcoming please
come to the High School Common Area:
May 10th - 9am to 12pm
May 24th - 9am to 12pm
