Herald Elementary Acts of Kindness |
We are finishing
up a really cool project this week that was led by our Cardinal Kindess
Club (CKC). Because this week is national Random Acts of Kindess Week,
the whole school has participated in doing acts of kindess. Each day the
students have reported the number of acts of kindess, and as of Wednesday
we have almost 900. There should be even more by the end of the day today.
We have a visual display in the cafeteria. -- Jenni Hurd School Counselor Herald Elementary (2/13/2014) |

Collinsville FFA Builds Raised Beds |
Thanks to John Shannon,
who donated the material and his time. Mr. Shannon spent three days educating
the students on how to build the raised beds. Now the chapter has four
raised beds for the horticulture class and the chapter to learn and benefit
from.
