| I was perplexed Thursday when I saw many new faces I didn't recongize in the front row of the home basketball student section. I later learned they were members of the Bixby girls basketball team returning the favor for the Collinsville girls team that had cheered for them at one of thier (Bixby) games. That still didn't make sense to me until I was reminded that Collinsville Coach Mark Campbell's daughter was the coach of the Bixby girls. Apparently the two teams had also scrimmaged earlier and formed a "family" bond. The Collinsville girls had gone to cheer on the Bixby girls at a recent Owasso-Bixby game. -- Ted | ||||
