| Students at Wilson
Elementary have been learning about being peaceful during the month of
December. Being peaceful means being quiet and calm; being at harmony
with others. They have also learned a quote by Mother Theresa: "A
smile is the beginning of peace." During the month of December, our
staff and students think that learning to get along and be at peace with
others is a valuable lesson.
Our classes chose
classmates who have exemplified the trait of peace in their classes
this month. The following students were chosen in the first and second
grade classes:
