The 3 school board members present (Stout, Johnson & Reed) accepted the low bid of UMB (United Missouri Bank) with an average interest rate of 0.6975% for the $2,020,000 combined purpose (i.e. building & transportation) bond sale. The other 3 bids received also had excellent rates (0.80, 0.8941%, and 1.05%).
