Better be putting the finishing touches on those costumes. We're only days away (Oct 31st) from downtown's biggest family gathering- Just Treats-No Tricks 2013...."Hocus Pocus on Main Street!" We'll have COSTUME CONTESTS with CASH PRIZES, FREE HOT DOGS & HOT CHOCOLATE, and LIVE DJ with HALLOWEEN DANCE CONTESTS. Kids can enter the Coloring Contest before October 30 and we'll announce the winners at Just Treats. Check out our event page on our web page for more details.
Internet "Battle of the Bands"
Could you please inform parents that the Cadets are in a "Battle of the Bands" contest via Cox Communications. The band with the most votes on a web page will receive $1000 from Cox. You can vote as many times as you would like until Nov. 10. Simply log on to www.coxhshub.com, then click on contests, then Battle of the Bands. Collinsville Cardinals will be listed at the bottom of the page. Click on it, then click Vote. I voted about ten times this morning, one right after the other. This is an easy way for the band to earn some much needed money. Please encourage all parents and friends to help our Cadets!!!

CDI "Cash Mob" Friday (Nov. 1st)
Good Afternoon. Hope you are enjoying this rainy day. We have been really busy here at the Main Street Office and consequently, we missed our Cash Mob Day earlier this month.

We will have Cash Mob this coming Friday, November 1. Meet at the Collinsville Downtown office at 4:00 for light refreshments. We will draw the name of the lucky merchant to be mobbed at 4:15. Then..... LET THE SHOPPING BEGIN!! We will get back on our regular schedule in December.

Sorry for this inconvenience. Looking forward to seeing your smiling faces.
