Congratulations to the 2nd Grade Collinsville Red Football Team!!! These Tough Little Cardinals played 5 games in 3 days and because of their hard work and determination they are the 2012 ROUGHER RUMBLE CHAMPIONS!!!

The players are: #1 Cyrus Kornegay, #3 Kaden Rush, #5 Bradyn Crossland, #7 Seth Kickapoo, #9 DJ Whittley, #10 Jackson Jones, #13 Collin Schrader, #19 JT Davis, #20 Kobe Bailey, #28 Blake Gilkey, #85 Mathew Del Monte, #99 Jakob Martin. Head Coach - Collins Kickapoo, Assistant Coaches - Marcus Whittley, Brett Martin, Chance Kornegay and Jerry Schrader.

This team had a great season and a great group of parents as well as extended family members. Love Our Cardinals!!!

Our Collinsville 2nd Grade Red Football Cardinals went to Muskogee for the Rougher Rumble Football Tournament November 16th - 18th. The boys faced the Hilldale Hornets Friday night winning with a 33 to 12 score. The Lil Cardinals met up with the Stillwater Pioneers Saturday morning. The Lil Cards battle but ended up defeated with a loss of 14 - 0. The Lil Cards then had to fight to win two more games to get back into the Championship game. And fight is what these boys did. They faced the Kellyville Ponies and beat them 24 - 0 only to turn around and with just a 10 minute break between games they had to face the Perkins Bandits and beat the Bandits with a 34 - 7 win!!! The Lil Cardinals met back up with the Stillwater Pioneers on Sunday and fought hard coming out with the 1st Place Win over the Pioneers!! Final score was Collinsville 7 - Stillwater 6!!! Both these teams fought a tough game and played with everything they had. When the game first started the Pioneers scored within the first quarter and the Lil Cards were able to block the extra point. Of course the Lil Cards answered back with a touchdown of their own, making sure to get their extra point on the board. After those two touchdowns no other ones were made. This was a great game to have watched.
