I had already missed 3 days of 1st & 2nd grade track activities at Sallee Field but arrived Thursday just in time for the teacher's tug of war challenge. The first grade students were seated on the field (before returning back to class) while the second graders were in the stands ready for their final races. After a bit of friendly "trash talk" the 2nd grade teachers (right below) quickly dispatched the 1st grade teachers (left below) in two extremely quick pulls of the rope.
