Sixteen shipping crates were delivered to the Collinsville Library today (June 13, 2012). Their contents will be assembled and ready for display starting Saturday June 16th. That kickoff day will be filled with numerous other "Grand Opening" activities. The (free) display from the Smithsonian national museum is called "Key Ingredients: America by Food."
