The CHS Tennis Teams did their annual leaf collection and general cleanup at the City Park tennis courts last week. The mild winter has allowed more outdoor practice time as they prepare for their spring season.

Junior High Cardinal Wrestlers Are Metro Lakes Champions

Hi Ted ~ not the best picture as it was taken from my phone but wanted to let you know the JH wrestlers swept their pool beating Claremore, Tahlequah and the mystery team. Then took on Skiatook for the Metro Lakes championship. We won 31-28! Thanks for supporting the Cardinals! ~ Danielle Robbins 1/23/2012

Collinsville High School Wrestlers 3rd At Midwest National Duals
Cardinal Wrestlers place 3rd at the Midwest National Duals at OCU. The defending 5A state champions defeated Perry twice and took Texas 5A state champions Allen, Texas to the last match before falling 28-26 to finish 3rd this weekend. Tulsa Union defeated Allen 31-30 in the Championship match while Collinsville beat Perry 35-25 in the Consolation match. The Cards were 6-1 on the weekend raising there dual record to 13-1. -- Jim Riley 1/22/2012

The Cardinal wrestlers had a good day on Friday winning all 4 duals in the Midwest National Duals in El Reno. They beat Ardmore 61-18, Ponca City 51-27, Perry 31-25, and El Reno 78-0. The Cardinals will face Altus in the 1st round today tournament. -- Jim Riley, Sat. Jan.21, 2012
