Extensive rennovations had been in progress this summer but a weekend fire has ruined any chance of the building being ready for this year's fair.
The buildings were moved to the Collinsville Fair Grounds in 1974 after being purchased from East Central High School in Tulsa.
Many residents may remember "City Hall" being relocated to the "Senior Citizens Center/ 4-H Building" after the Dec. 2001 City Hall fire. City offices moved back to the refurbished City Hall in mid-January 2006.
The most obvious improvements from earlier this summer (July 2011) were new insulation and siding
