Helen “Louise” Francis, 89, homemaker, passed away on April 7, 2011 surrounded by her loving family in Collinsville, Oklahoma. She was born on October 27, 1921 in Little Kansas, Oklahoma to John and Jewel (Polson) Morris. Louise is survived by her two children, Brad Francis and Arlene Francis. She was preceded in death by her husband, O.B. Francis.
