Classic | |
Luis Dejesus made a diving attempt on a Hilldale foul ball Wednesday too close for me to get a complete photo. | Luis Dejesus (#9) drew a walk in the 2nd inning as both teams loaded the bases but failed to score. |
I only saw the 2nd and 3rd innings but reports from Gavin Rose and Ron Evans indicate the first 7 innings were scoreless with Hilldale scoring 1 in the top of the 8th and the Cardinals scoring 2 in the bottom of the 8th for the win. Collinsville plays again 4pm Thursday and 6:30pm Friday with Saturday's games based on the previous 3 days of the annual spirng break wood bat baseball tournament. |
