NOTICE
OF SOLICITATION FOR SEALED BIDS
The City of Collinsville, Oklahoma is accepting sealed bids for:
Collinsville Main Street Enhancement Project - Phase II
The following is a general description of the Project:
Construct the Collinsville Main Street Enhancement Project - Phase
II including grading, drainage, sidewalks, curbs, planting, irrigation,
lighting, signage, striping and other related items.
Bids will be received at Collinsville City Hall Council Chambers at
106 N. 12th Street in Collinsville, Oklahoma until 3:00 PM local time
August 31, 2010. Bids received after the above time and date
will be rejected.
Copies of Bidding Documents may be obtained in person after 8:30 a.m.
local time on August 9, 2010 at Collinsville City Hall, Office
of the City Clerk, 106 N. 12th Street, Collinsville, Oklahoma for
a price of $60.00. Bidding documents will be mailed upon receipt of
a check in the amount of $80.00. No partial sets will be issued and
no refund will be provided for sets that may be returned. A copy of
the entire Solicitation for Bid may be obtained by mail, email or
fax, free of charge by contacting the Angela McGinnis, City Clerk
