It was such a success and we had many people ask for something similar for boys so the Collinsville Library is hosting a Pirate Party on Oct. 10th from 10 - 11:30 a.m. There will be crafts, stories, snacks, and more. Seating is limited and pre-registration is required. Call during library hours to reserve your spot at 596-2840. |

7th
& 8th Grade Football |
Ted, Last night the 7th and 8th grade football teams traveled to Oologah for an arch rival contest. The 7th grade won 14-8. The 7th grade offensive and defensive line controlled the contest the entire game while Oologah scored with less than a minute in the game. The secondary was outstanding against the run and pass. The offensive skill positions did a great job running and throwing the ball. The 7th grade improved their record to 2-2. Next action for the 7th grade will be a "B" game @ Claremore, Tuesday,5:00. The next home game will against powerhouse Glenpool, October 1st @ 5:30. The 8th grade thumped the Mustangs 18-6. The entire defensive unit swarmed the Mustang running game. The Cardinals had an oustanding ariel attack. The kicking game was the difference in this hard hitting game. The 8th grade improve their record to 2-1-1. Next action for the 8th grade will be a "B" game at Claremore on Tuesday. The next home game is against an undefeated Glenpool on Thursday. The coaches would like to thank the cheerleaders and parents for all of their support and enthusisiam at the games.
