1st half Cardinal offense here
-vs- Skiatook
Derek Iannapollo (#7) with a first half pass attempt.
Newt Salisbury (#1)
9th Roster
Trailing 0-3, Collinsville was about to take the lead when this Cardinal was separated from the ball (& Skiatook recovered) just outside Skiatook's endzone with about 4 minutes left in the 2nd quarter.
On Skiatook's first play from the 1 foot line (after recovering the fumble), the Cardinal defense stuffed the run and scored a 2-point safety with 3:50 left before halftime.
The half-time score board reflects the baseball-sized 2-3 score.
Kendall Curtis (#15) to the 41 in early 3rd quarter action.
This Trett Charles (#80) pass reception got Collinsville to Skiatook's 22 yard line.
Derek Iannapollo (#7) scored on a 20 yard keeper to put Collinsville ahead 8-3 at 4:49 in the 3rd quarter. Darin Turner's kick moved the score to 10-3. (Yes, I know this 2-point kick rule still has me stumped? -- Ted)
Darin Turner (20) with a punt return late in the 3rd quarter.
4th quarter pass rush.
From Proud Mom -- This is an awesome picture!! That's my son, Skiatook #41, Isaac Hisaw, on the tackle. I put this as my background on my computer! Thanks for your coverage of the 9th graders game, we appreciate it! -- Kathy Woolman, Skiatook (9/10/2009)
