All District Funds - Approval of Budgets, Reports, Allocations and Investments.

for FY2008 from Kerry J. Patten, CPA, School District Auditor. --
approved, report showed "everything in order". 7) Discussion
and Vote to Approve Activity Fund Fundraisers. -- 19 were
approved 8) Discussion and Vote to Approve School Auditor Engagement
Letter for 2008-2009 Year. -- approved

Resignations: -- accepted (losing more than 60 years of
experience between these two ladies at end of semester ... and a few more expected

10) Declare Surplus and
No Longer Needed by the District, Technology Equipment - Larry Meese --
approved, large piles of old computers and supplies that have mostly come from
large bulk tech donations and usable items in use. Will likely be given to Okla.
Computer Recyclers for legal disposal. Will check one possible (Bartlesville tech)
donation 1st to see if that could use.

to discuss administrative personnel ... (I didn't get a

Vote to approve Superintendant's recommendation to hire Administrative Personnel
for FY2010. -- approved (same administrators as this year). 17)
Discussion and Vote to Reorganize District I=6 Board of Education. --
Donna Sears to remain president. 18) Assistant Superintendents
Report. -- Terry Due reported on the following topics *
Building construction going great. Bricks ready for exterior of new classrooms
at CHS and Herald. Sheetrock in progress at CHS. Considering different types of
computer drops in new computer testing room for about 70 computers. * Middle
School chilling tower repairs are pending insurance claim followup. Three bids
received ranging from $31-$45K. Apparently the water
froze in late December when power was lost to the heating pan during freezing
weather. * Repair of several problems at the middle school gym are about 3/4
done. Some continued vandalism after initial repairs will cause increased monitoring.
19) Superintendents Report. -- Pat Herald reported
on the following topics * Excellent story on Collinsville
Alternative School
(& decreased dropout rate) in Tulsa World 3/2/2009.
Pat, the board & CHS Principal Cory Slagle all commented on how fortunate
we are to have such an excellent program and teachers at the alternative school. *
OSSBA Dist 4 Meeting will be hosted here (for the first time) March 26th at ECC.
20) Announcements. -- *
CHS Band made all I's at Bartlesville * A CHS student socred 34 of 36 on ACT
(another 31). * Dalton Salisbury won 5A state wrestling title at 215 &
Nichael Maul was runner-up at 160.
21) New Business: (if any, of
an emergency nature or that was not known at the time the agenda was posted).
-- Rebecca Ferguson was hired to fill a replacement position
in child nutrition at Herald. 22) Adjournment
