Layne
Himebaugh |
Layne
competed in the Mini Sprint Nationals at I-44 Speedway in OKC on July 31st &
August 1st, where he won 1st place and is the 2009 Mini Sprint Restrictor National
Champion. After racing in two heats on Friday, against 37 other drivers his age,
he locked into Saturday nights A Main Feature in 4th place. Saturdays race
was 40 laps and Layne was able to take the lead with 7 laps left in the race.
This is Laynes second year to race and his first time going to Nationals.
We are very proud of him and everything he has accomplished, he was patient and
determined and all of his hard work paid off.
Love,

"Whit-lock-up"
For MDA Funds | |
Waid
Whitlock with Collinsville Wrecker is being locked up for MDA Jerrys Kids.
Any donations would help to get him out and most importantly it is for a GREAT
cause. The money raised will benefit kids with Muscular Dystrophy and it will
help the children with flu shots, summer camp, wheel chairs and many other things
that would greatly impact their little lives. His lock up date is August 25, 2009
so we are trying to get all the donations we can get. His goal is $1,230! Thanks
for your help
.
